Barcelona still interested in Tanguy Ndombele

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is still a target for the La Liga giants Barcelona.

The 23-year-old has failed to impress manager Jose Mourinho so far this season and the Portuguese manager is considering allowing Ndombele to move on.

Mundo Deportivo claims that Tottenham are already looking for a replacement for the Frenchman and have identified RB Leipzig star Marcel Sabitzer as a possible January target.

Ndombele became Spurs’ most expensive signing last summer when they spent £63m on the former Lyon playmaker.

The Catalan giants are looking to reinforce their attacking options but with their current financial situation, they may not be willing to match the price that the Lilywhites spent on Ndombele.

Ndombele chalked up 19 appearances in all competitions this season.
