Atletico Madrid have reportedly identified Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech as a potential summer signing.

The 27-year-old was bought from the Dutch outfit Ajax in a £33.3m deal last year and initially made an impressive start to his Stamford Bridge career.

However, Ziyech’s progress has stalled since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel in January and he has started just two matches under the German tactician.

Ziyech is said to be unhappy with his current situation and could ask to leave the Blues this summer if the situation does not change in the coming weeks.

According to Fichajes, Atletico Madrid are prepared to offer him a route out of Chelsea.

It is claimed that Los Rojiblancos are expected to let Vitolo depart at the end of the campaign and see Ziyech as a positive addition.

The Morocco international has scored 48 times and contributed 82 assists in 165 appearances for Ajax between 2016 and 2020.
