Mohamed Elneny on Olympiacos radar?
Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny is reportedly on the radar of Greek giants Olympiacos ahead of the summer transfer window.
Having fallen down the pecking order at north London, the 27-year-old midfielder was loaned out to Besiktas for the season at the end of August.
The Egypt international has since gone on to make 25 appearances and two substitute outings in all competitions, including two since the resumption of Turkey’s top flight.
According to Sportime, Elneny’s impressive performances have led to interest from Olympiacos.
Although Besiktas have an option to buy the playmaker, a permanent move is considered unlikely due to the financial impact of the coronavirus.
Elneny still has two years left to run on his contract at the Emirates, the Gunners must decide whether to cash in or keep the versatile midfielder as part of their squad next season.
