Chelsea starlet Conor Gallagher has joined the Championship outfit Swansea City on loan for the remainder of the 2019/20 season.

The move comes a day after the 19-year-old midfielder was recalled from a stunning loan spell with Charlton Athletic where he contributed six goals and two assists in 26 league appearances for the Addicks.

The teenager becomes the Swans’ third signing of the January transfer window, following the arrivals of Marc Guehi and Rhian Brewster.

The Scottish outfit Rangers were another suitor linked with Gallagher, however, the midfielder and the Blues have decided to stick it out in the Sky Bet Championship.
