Lille forward Jonathan David has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Real Madrid.

According to Marca, Los Blancos are great admirers of the Canada international, whose agent has tipped him to move to an elite club ahead of 2022-23.

The 21-year-old striker amassed 15 goals in Ligue 1 and the Champions League this term, inevitably putting him on the radar of Europe’s top clubs.

Despite having three-and-a-half years left on his current contract, the French champions are expected to be open to a sale in a bid to improve their financial position.
