Dallas forward Ricardo Pepi has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Liverpool.

The 18-year-old has impressed with the MLS outfit during the current season, netting 13 goals in 27 appearances.

Ajax are believed to be monitoring the teenager, who recently expressed his desire on moving to a European leading club in the future, with Real Madrid and Chelsea mentioned as possible destinations.

According to CBS Sports, Liverpool FC are also in the race for Pepi, with the Merseyside outfit closely tracking his performances in North America.

The report adds that Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund are also admirers of the United States international, who still has five years left on his contract.

The attacker has scored 16 goals and made four assists in 55 appearances for Dallas in all competitions.
