Olivier Giroud on Inter Milan radar?

Inter Milan have allegedly earmarked Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud as their top January transfer targets.

The Nerazzurri are interested in signing the Frenchman on a six-month loan deal with an option to buy.

According to Tuttosport via Mail, Inter boss Antonio Conte sees Giroud as an ideal alternative to the in-form Romelu Lukaku up front.

Conte is thought to want an option to buy included in any loan deal for the Frenchman, who has fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge.

Giroud voiced his frustration at his lack of game-time, telling Telefoot: “It’s worrying. I thought I still had a role to play at Chelsea but my playing time is getting reduced a lot. It’s going to have to change or a decision must be made.”

The 34-year-old has played less than 50 minutes of Premier League football for the Blues so far this season.
