England 14-men squad for 2nd Test against Pakistan

The England and Wales Cricket Board have announced their 14-men squad for the second Test match against Pakistan, at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton on August 13.

England’s marquee all-rounder Ben Stokes pulled himself out for the rest of the series, citing personal reasons. His absence will certainly leave the ‘Three Lions’ vulnerable.

Stokes will be replaced by 26-year-old uncapped seamer Ollie Robinson.

The rest of the squad remains unchanged for the Hosts, who lead the series by 1-0.

England squad:

Joe Root (captain), James Anderson, Jofra Archer, Dominic Bess, Stuart Broad, Rory Burns, Jos Buttler, Zak Crawley, Sam Curran, Ollie Pope, Ollie Robinson, Dom Sibley, Chris Woakes and Mark Wood.
