Monaco keen on signing Serge Aurier from Tottenham Hotspur

Monaco have emerged as rumoured suitors for Tottenham Hotspur right-back Serge Aurier.

The 27-year-old defender has been a regular for the Lilywhites during the current campaign, contributing two goals and eight assists in 35 appearances across all competitions.

According to Sky Sports News, the French outfit AS Monaco could attempt to bring the Ivory Coast international back to Ligue 1 for the 2020-21 season.

The Ivorian has won two Ligue 1 titles during his time with PSG, while the defender has also turned out for Lens and Toulouse.

Aurier has a deal at Tottenham until the end of 2021-22 season.

Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to keep their hopes of claiming a top-four finish in the Premier League table when they visit to Sheffield United on Thursday night.
