County Championship: Cheteshwar Pujara signs for Gloucestershire

India’s batting maestro Cheteshwar Pujara has joined Gloucestershire for the first six matches of the county championship.

The 32-year-old batsman became the second Indian to play for Gloucestershire, after Javagal Srinath, who represented the county in 1995.

Pujara, who made his Test debut in 2010 against Australia, has an amazing batting average of 49.48 in Test cricket and averages 53.99 in First-Class cricket.
