Chelsea enter race to sign Kepa Arrizabalaga?

Chelsea have reportedly expressed an interest in making an audacious move for Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

In recent months, the Spaniard has been linked with a number of Elite European football clubs, with Juventus, Real Madrid and Arsenal are all being credited with an interest in the stopper’s services.

However, according to The Express, the defending Premier League champions have reportedly “explored” the possibility of signing the newly-capped Spain international, with the player’s contract at Rojiblancos expiring in the summer.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte already has Thibaut Courtois between the sticks, but it has previously been claimed that the 25-year-old Belgian may hold a desire to return to Spain – where he has represented Atletico on loan.

Azzirabalaga racked up 34 appearances for The Lions since emerging through the youth ranks at the Spanish outfit.
