Chelsea eye move for Moises Caicedo
Chelsea are rumoured to be back in the race to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton, after their previous efforts fell short in January, according to Football London.
The Blues are said to be preparing a substantial bid for the Ecuador international after missing out on him last month.
The first offer for the 21-year-old midfielder came from Chelsea with a bid of £55m, but Brighton immediately rejected it and declared that the youngster was not up for sale during the current transfer window.
With the Brighton midfielder still on their radar, the West Londoners are now considering a move in the summer. Meanwhile, Arsenal are also rumoured to be competing with Chelsea for the Ecuadorian’s signature.
Caicedo, who is contracted with Brighton until 2025, has played in 26 Premier League matches for the club.
