Loan Deal: Real Madrid sign Iker Bravo from Bayer Leverkusen

The European champions Real Madrid have signed Iker Bravo on a season-long loan from the Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen.

The 17-year-old left Barcelona’s La Masia academy last summer to join Leverkusen.

He featured regularly for the club’s Under 19 side, while he racked up two appearances for the senior side in a match against Hertha Berlin and a DFB-Pokal meeting with Karlsruher.

However, the teenager has now left the German club to return to Spain and join Real Madrid in a loan move.

The loan deal also includes a buy option for the Spaniard, who is expected to play for Los Blancos’ reserve team.

The forward will join up with the reserve team of La Liga club – Real Madrid Castilla, where he will be managed by Raul.
