Manchester United enter race to sign Eduardo Camavinga
Real Madrid reportedly face fresh competition from Manchester United for the signing of Rennes youngster Eduardo Camavinga, according to Metro.
The 17-year-old midfielder is said to have attracted the attention of a string of top European clubs following an impressive season for the Ligue 1 outfit.
Los Blancos have long been credited with an interest in the teenager, who racked up 36 appearances for Rennes before the French football season halted amid the coronavirus pandemic.
However, the aforementioned report suggests, Man United may have the upper hand in negotiations for the Frenchman as they are willing to loan him back to Roazhon Park for the coming season.
Nevertheless, the French club are supposedly holding out for a £60million fee for the youngster, but the Red Devils are said to be hopeful of striking a £25million deal this summer.
