Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal to lock horns over the signature of Clement Lenglet

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur could reportedly slug it out over the summer for Barcelona defender Clement Lenglet.

Although the 26-year-old is under contract with the Catalan giants until 2026, he is free to leave Camp Nou over the coming weeks.

The Frenchman ended the season against Getafe and Villarreal, but his appearances came after the Blaugrana had already secured the second spot in La Liga.

According to Sport, Barcelona are beginning to accept that a season-long loan move could be the best solution for all suitors.

The Gunners and Spurs seemingly lead the race for Lenglet, while Everton and Newcastle United are also credited with an interest.

Barca will want to facilitate an exit ASAP with Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie having already agreed to join the club.
