Newcastle United considering £30m move for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg
Newcastle United have reportedly expressed an interest in making a £30m move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Following their recent takeover, the Magpies are expected to spend big during the summer transfer market, and according to The Mirror, Hojbjerg is a genuine target for the club.
The report adds that Newcastle United are lining up a £30m move for the 26-year-old attacker, who has been impressive for Spurs during the 2021-22 campaign, having scored three times and registered four assists in 43 appearances.
The Denmark international still has more than three years left on his contract in North London.
Hojbjerg has contributed five goals and nine assists in 96 appearances for Spurs since joining the club from Southampton in August 2020.
