Wolves lining up move for Benfica winger Rafa Silva?

Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly placed emphasis on signing Benfica winger Rafa Silva in the summer transfer window.

The Wanderers are well stocked for options in the wide options, even with Adama Traore being allowed to move Barcelona on a loan deal until the end of the season.

However, according to A Bola, Wolves manager Bruno Lage is open to a reunion with a player who he has previously worked with during his time in Portugal.

Providing that the Blaugrana sign Traore on a permanent basis, it is suggested that Silva is identified as the ideal replacement.

Silva, 28, has enjoyed a stellar season with the Portuguese giants, scoring nine goals and providing 15 assists from 35 appearances in all competitions.

The report goes on to claim that the Portugal international, who is contracted to Benfica until 2024, is ready to take on a new challenge later this year
