Roma have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

The Denmark international is regarded as a key member of Spurs’ squad, racking up 59 Premier League appearances since his arrival in August 2020.

However, with the arrival of Rodrgio Bentancur, doubt over Hojbjerg’s position in the startling lineup appears, resulting in admirers emerging from elsewhere.

According to Football Insider, Giallorossi are monitoring the situation with the plan currently to make a bid for the 26-year-old midfielder.

Roma head coach Jose Mourinho signed Hojbjerg for Tottenham before he was sacked last year.
