The 24-year-old is currently enjoying an impressive campaign, finding the back of the net on 13 occasions in 20 appearances, in addition to contributing 13 assists.

However, there is an inevitability about the Colombian departure from the Portuguese giants with many elite European clubs eyeing up a move.
