Arsenal identify Eduardo Camavinga as top summer transfer target

Arsenal have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Rennes starlet Eduardo Camavinga in the summer transfer window.

The 18-year-old midfielder is thought to be on the radar of several top European clubs with the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester United and Bayern Munich, while Liverpool have identified the teenager as an ideal replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum.

Now, Le 10 Sport claims that the Gunners have earmarked Camavinga as their top summer target, although the Frenchman will not leave the Roazhon Park on the cheap.

The report goes on to claim that the North London outfit would have to shell out at least €50m to win the race for Camavinga’s signature.

Camavinga, who is contracted to Rennes until the summer of 2022, has scored one goal and provided two assists from 33 Ligue 1 appearances this term.
