Real Madrid eyeing up summer move for RB Leipzig’s Dani Olmo?

Real Madrid have reportedly expressed an interest in making an audacious move for RB Leipzig star Dani Olmo as a possible replacement for Lucas Vazquez who has final few months left to run on his contract at the Bernabeu.

As a result, OK Diario reports that Los Blancos have identified Olmo as an ideal replacement for his departing compatriot.

The report goes on to claim that Olmo is desperate to ply his trade in Spain, and a return to Barcelona has also been mooted for the 22-year-old playmaker.

Furthermore, the La Liga champions are believed to enjoy a good relationship with Olmo’s agent Juanma Lopez, and with the player contracted to Leipzig until 2024, it could take a fee of €30m to prise him away from the Germans.

Olmo has scored three goals and registered eight assists from 29 appearances in all competitions this term.
