Everton, Liverpool join race to sign Sheffield United teenager Kyron Gordon?

Everton and Liverpool will reportedly go head to head for Sheffield United centre-back Kyron Gordon in the summer transfer window.

The 18-year-old defender is yet to make his first-team debut for the Blades but was named on the bench during the FA Cup clash against Bristol Rovers this month.

According to The Daily Mail, Merseyside rivals Everton and Liverpool are both keeping an eye on the teenager, who signed a two-year professional contract at Bramall Lane in July 2019.

Liverpool will be looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they visit Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night.
