Ajax centre-back Perr Schuurs has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Inter Milan during the January transfer window.

Schuurs, 20, has made 26 senior outings for the Dutch outfit, 10 of which came since the beginning of the ongoing campaign.

The emergence of the centre-back has led to interest from the Premier League champions Liverpool, who certainly make defensive reinforcements at the beginning of 2021.

However, according to Calciomercato, the Merseyside giants may face stiff competition from Inter Milan.

Although Ajax are reluctant to let Schuurs go at the midway point of the campaign, however, any significant bid will have to be considered for the prospect, who is contracted to Ajax until 2022.

The Dutchman is said to possess an asking price of £27m.
