During his five-year spell in Italy, Milinkovic-Savic has established himself as one of the best midfielders in Europe, resulting in speculation regarding a move to Manchester United.
However, the Red Devils are now well-stocked for options in the middle of the pitch, it appears that the Serbia international will still receive offers this summer.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea and Real Madrid are monitoring the midfielder’s situation ahead of a formal bid this summer.
While the Blues have funds available from the sale of Eden Hazard, Madrid would have to make a number of sales in order to raise funds.
Milinkovic-Savic, who still has four years left to run on his contract at Stadio Olimpico, and could be available somewhere in the region of £80million.
The box-to-box midfielder has scored six goals and registered seven assists in 35 appearances across all competitions this season.
