Manchester United ‘desperate’ to sign Bruno Fernandes this summer

Manchester United are keen on a deal to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes this summer, according to Sky Sports News reporter Dharmesh Sheth.

The Red Devils are thought to be on the hunt for a number of new signings this summer as they look to rebuild their squad ahead of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first full season in charge.

United have already secured the signatures of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James, but they are still being linked with a number of summer transfer targets.

Fernandes has been touted as a possible target for the 20-time English champions this summer, and now Sky Sports News reporter Sheth has claimed that United are very keen on a deal to land the 24-year-old’s signature.

The Portugal international has contributed 20 goals and 13 assists in 33 league games for Sporting Lisbon last term.
