Chelsea hope to agree £30m deal for Callum Wilson
Chelsea are hopeful of agreeing a £30m deal with AFC Bournemouth for 26-year-old striker Callum Wilson, according to The Express.
Chelsea head-coach Maurizio Sarri has set his sights on the England international, who will be set to impress once again when he returns from a hamstring injury on Saturday.
The Italian boss wants Wilson to strengthen his attacking department as the west Londoners seek to make good on their early season form.
Wilson, 26, has scored eight times and made five assists in 15 Premier League matches ahead of the Cherries’s trip to Wolves.
The report claims, Chelsea are confident of completing a deal to get Wilson on board in the New Year and they are happy to hand over £30million for the striker.
Wilson has scored 52 goals across all competitions since joining the Cherries from Coventry in 2014.
