Arsenal are reportedly planning a summer move for Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech by the end of next week, reports the Daily Mail.

The 33-year-old joined the Blues from Rennes in 2004, his recent performance have seen him linked with several Premier League clubs as well as the French champions Paris Saint-Germain.

However the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is hoping that a £11m deal for the Czech Republic shot-stopper can be completed soon.

Meanwhile PSG are about to make a formal enquiry regarding Cech’s availability, who is said to favour a move to north Londoners to avoid moving his family away from the UK.
