South African Jacques Rudolph Quits Cricket

The former Proteas batsman Jacques Rudolph will no longer play in domestic cricket to his local franchise, The Unlimited Titans following his 17 years of career, the left-handed batsman announced his retirement on Instagram.

Rudolph, who has played 48 Tests for his country, is currently playing in county cricket for Glamorgan as a captain.

The 33-year-old has scored 329 runs at an average of 47 in the domestic limited-over campaign.

Rudolph has played 45 ODIs‚ scoring 1‚174 runs‚ and a single Twenty20 International.
