Kim Min-Jae on Liverpool radar?
Liverpool eyeing a potential summer move for Napoli centre-back Kim Min-Jae.
The release clause for the South Korean ranges from €44-70m and can be activated between July 1 and July 15 of this year.
It remains to be seen whether the Reds will make a significant approach for the defender, given the presence of star centre-backs Van Dijk, Matip, and Konate in their disposal.
It wouldn’t be surprising if Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp chooses to bring in a new player in place of the current one soon. However, Min-Jae is a player who requires consistent playing time and the Merseyside outfit might not be able to offer that, with the presence of Konate and Van Dijk.
Min-Jae, 26, has proven himself to be a key figure in the Italian football. With rumours linking him to multiple English clubs, it will be intriguing to see who will step up and secure his services.
