Leeds United set sights on Brenden Aaronson
Leeds United have reportedly set their sights on a deal for Brenden Aaronson from Red Bull Salzburg in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old winger previously played under Jesse Marsch at Salzburg, and both could soon reunite at Elland Road.
Marsch is said to be in the market for a new attacking midfielder in order to bolster his squad ahead of the 2022-23 Premier League season.
According to The Athletic, the Whites are expected to sign Aaronson after missing out on the youngster in January.
The report adds that the Yorkshire giants will pay around £22.3m to sign the United States international this summer.
Aaronson is set to depart the Austrian outfit after banking 13 goals in 66 appearances.
