West Ham United to move for Man United youngster Di’Shon Bernard
West Ham United have reportedly “explored” the possibility of signing Manchester United defender Di’Shon Bernard.
The 21-year-old is currently plying his trade on loan with the Championship outfit Hull City, where he has earned plenty of plaudits with his performances.
According to The Mirror, West Ham United believes the youngster could strengthen the backline and offer competition for places in east London.
It has been suggested that the Hammers could tempt the Englishman to the club with the prospect of playing English football in the near future.
Despite West Ham’s interest, Manchester United are believed to highly rate Bernard, who is contracted to the club until 2026.
The youngster racked up 26 appearances this season to help the Tigers steer well clear of the relegation zone.
