Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly placed emphasis on signing Torino forward Andrea Belotti, amid increasing uncertainty around Harry Kane’s future, according to Sport Witness.

Belotti has endured an injury-hit season this year, having scored four goals in 15 Serie A appearances.

A deal to secure Belotti’s signature is simplified by the fact that the 28-year-old is out of contract this summer, meaning he could join Spurs on a free transfer.

The Italy international will have to decide whether he would be willing to replace Kane, but after a disappointing season due to injury, there may not be many other elite clubs looking to secure his signature.

Belotti has scored 109 goals in 244 appearances for Torino since his arrival in 2015.
