Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Piero Hincapie.

Spurs head coach Antonio Conte is believed to be under pressure to make improvements to the club’s backline.

Ten goals have been conceded in five matches, the most recent being conceded during a defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday afternoon.

According to Football Insider, Hincapie is the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the summer window.

The 20-year-old defender has made a total of 21 appearances in the German and Europa League.

However, the Ecuadorian has a contract until 2026, leaving the Bundesliga outfit in a strong position to demand more than they shelled out last year.
