AC Milan have signed Tiemoue Bakayoko from Chelsea on a two-year loan deal.

The Frenchman has failed to establish himself as a first-team regular since his move from AS Monaco, racking up 43 appearances for the Blues.

The 27-year-old midfielder has spent the past three seasons away on loan, and he has now rejoined the Rossoneri on loan for two seasons.

Bakayoko will link up with former Blues teammates Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud, who both joined the Serie A giants permanently this summer.
