Zampa, Tremain return to NSW cricket

New South Wales have announced the signing of pacer Chris Tremain and leg-spinner Adam Zampa for the upcoming domestic season.

Tremain, who has played four ODIs for Australia, returns to the state after spending eight seasons with Victoria.

The 28-year-old pacer made his state debut for NSW in 2012 before representing Vic. His inclusion will strengthen the power-packed pace attack further which already has the likes of Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood in their line up.

While Zampa has left South Australia to join New South Wales Blues ahead of the upcoming cricket summer. At the international level, Zampa has claimed 108 wickets across 55 ODIs and 30 wickets in T20 matches.

The highly-rated spinner Tanveer Sangha along with fellow Australia Under-19 representative Lachlan Hearne and Sydney Thunder spinner Arjun Nair have been given rookie contracts.
