IPL 2016: George Bailey joins Rising Pune Supergiants
Australian batsman George Bailey has earned a late call-up to the Rising Pune Supergiants for the rest of the IPL 2016 season.
Bailey’s addition will be act as a replacement for Faf du Plessis, who is ruled out with a finger injury.
Bailey, 33, joins his national team-mate Usman Khawaja as reinforcement in the Pune Supergiants’s dressing room, who have lost four foreign players to injuries with the likes of Kevin Pietersen, Steve Smith and Mitchell Marsh.

Bailey has a vast of expertise in Indian Premier League, represented Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab in the past, having scored 579 runs at 25.17, with a strike rate 129.82 in 34 IPL games.
