Twitter reacts as Zidane named Real Madrid manager
It’s official – The French legend Zinedine Zidane is the new manager of Real Madrid until the end of the campaign.
Zidane, 43, has replaced the Spaniard Rafa Benitez as head coach after seven months in charge at the Bernabeu.
Here is how Twitter went crazy after the appointment of Zinedine Zidane as club’s new manager.
Huge respect for Zinedine Zidane. A living legend. Now I have to learn to respect Madrid under his control. #WelcomeZidane

Hard to explain how much of an aura of class Zidane exudes in person. When he enters a room, you stop. When he speaks, you listen.

One of the biggest fans of Zidane as player here but have to say appointing him as a manager right now is very risky. Not sure how he’ll do.
