The Eagles sign Emmanuel Adebayor on free transfer
Crystal Palace have secured the signature of Emmanuel Adebayor on a free transfer.
The Togolese striker, who has been without work since he terminated his contract at Tottenham Hotspur in September, has penned a deal, which will see him at the Selhurst Park until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old, who has a wealth of expertise in English football – having played for Arsenal and Manchester City during his career, had been linked with a switch to the south London club in the last few weeks.

Alan Pardew’s side have not found the back of the net in their last six Premier League outings, have signed Adebayor with a hope of providing some additional boost.
Adebayor has scored 41 goals in 106 appearances during his four years spell at the White Hart Lane.
