Shane Watson joins Pakistan Super League
Former Australia Test all-rounder Shane Watson has joined the UAE-based ‘Pakistan Super League’.

The 34-year-old, who announced his retirement from Test cricket after being dropped in the Ashes series 2015, has signed up for the inaugural season of the Pakistan Super League for the December draft.

Limited over star Watson has scored more than 4,000 T20 runs to his name, and will joins the likes of Kevin Pietersen, Chris Gayle as well as two compatriots Brad Haddin and Brad Hodge.

The PSL tournament gets underway from February 4 to 24 next year in Dubai and Sharjah.
