India’s MS Dhoni named 9th most marketable sportsperson by London institute
Indian ODI skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been named in the top most marketable sportsperson ahead of the likes of football superstar Lionel Messi and the Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt in a power list prepared by London School of Marketing.
The 34-year-old wicketkeeper batsman also pipped sporting legends like Cristiano Ronaldo and Briton’s No. 1 tennis star Andy Murray in the list of the world’s 20 most marketable sportspersons.
Swiss tennis master and the 17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer leading the list, while US Golfer Tiger Woods was ranked second.
