Fans react to Gerrard display against Chelsea
The Liverpool’s veteran midfielder Steven Gerrard scored in a 1-1 draw against Chelsea in their Premier League clash.
Gerrard, 34, who is leaving for the MLS side LA Galaxy this summer, received a standing ovation from the Blues fans and manager Jose Mourinho after the midfielder was replaced by Lucas Leiva at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Gerrard will play his last Liverpool’s game at Anfield against Crystal Palace next Saturday.
The Merseysiders are six points adrift of Manchester United with two games in hand.
