Twitter reacts as Man City 2-0 home defeat to Arsenal
Arsenal ended Manchester City’s 12-game unbeaten journey with a stunning 2-0 victory at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday noon.
The North Londoners were confident throughout the match, who took the lead in the 24th minute when the Spaniard midfielder Santi Cazorla converted from the box after Nacho Monreal had been fouled by Vincent Kompany.
The Gunners defended and put up their lead when Olivier Giroud headed home 20 minutes after the break.
The result left Wenger’s side fifth in the league table, while the Premier League holders gone five points behind leaders Chelsea.
With Arsenal’s impressive away performance attracted plenty of activities on social media site Twitter – and here are some of our favourite tweets.

Does this mean that Arsenal fans will like Wenger and Giroud this week?

The first time I wanted Man City to win and they go and put themselves 2-0 down to Arsenal at the Etihad. Deary me.

Who’s better out of Sergio Aguero and Alexis Sanchez? Turns out the answer is Santi Cazorla.
