Harry Gurney pens new three-year Notts deal
Nottinghamshire seamer Harry Gurney has committed his future by signing a new three-year contract extension at Trent Bridge.
The 27-year-old joined Notts from midlands rivals Leicestershire at the start of the 2012 season – has taken 35 Division One wickets this term, with 56 overall in all competitions.
“Since joining Nottinghamshire three years ago my career has progressed significantly,”the left-armer said.
“I owe Mick Newell and Wayne Noon a huge debt of gratitude.
“I’m delighted to commit to such a special club for another three years and am excited about winning some more trophies for our loyal fans.”
Gurney has established himself as a key figure at Trent Bridge over the past two years, who recently made his ODI debut against Scotland in May.
