The Spaniard, Juan Mata has completed his move to defending league champions Manchester United from Chelsea for a fee of £37m.

Two times Chelsea’s player of the year – Juan Mata has been in sensational form, scored 11 goals and 17 assists in previous season of the Premier League and helped the Blues to qualified for the Champions league. During his phenomenal stint of two years at Chelsea – They won Champions league, FA cup and Europa league.

But the arrival of Jose Mourinho, the 25-year-old midfielder has managed to play only 13 league games this season.

Manchester United manager David Moyes was desperate to sign new midfielders in January transfer window and he targeted Mata for his midfield department. This signing might affect the title race as top leaders – Arsenal and Liverpool are yet to play against United and surely boost their possibilities for qualifying in Champions league next season.
