Arsenal are closing in on the signing of Lyon attacking midfielder Nabil Fekir in a deal worth more than £60m, according to The Daily Star.
The Gunners are in advanced talks to bring the 24-year-old Frenchman to the Emirates as they prepare for the potential departures of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.
Both Ozil and Sanchez will be out of contract at the end of the season and it appears that neither players are interested in signing new deals with the Premier League outfit.
The report adds that the deal is “almost done” and that could allow Sanchez to leave the north London in the January transfer window.
If the deal goes through, Fekir would link up with his former Lyon team-mate Alexandre Lacazette, who joined the Gunners in the summer transfer window.
