Man United midfielder ‘worried about his future’ at Old Trafford

Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera is reportedly considering to hold talks with manager Louis van Gaal as the Spaniard is concerned about his future in the team.

Herrera, 26, who joined the Red Devils from Athletic Bilbao in 2014, has struggled to make into a first-team, with just six premier league games this season, but constantly in and out of the playing 11.

According to the Daily Star, the midfielder is tensed about his future at Manchester United and will begin talks with the Dutch manager in order to discuss his role in the team.

The report also suggest that the player is concerned that he could miss a place in the national squad for next summer’s European Championships.

Herrera has scored 11 goals in 49 appearances in all competition for the United so far and his contract is valid until 2018.
