Sri Lanka test squad against India

Sri Lanka have announced their 16-men squad for the 3 test-match series against India,  which gets underway on August 12 at Galle.

Uncapped 23-year-old seamer Vishwa Fernando has been included in the squad, while Shaminda Eranga and Suranga Lakmal ruled out due to injury.

Fernando has played 31 first-class matches with 98 wickets at an average of 31.

He impressed the selectors during the ongoing warm-up game where he dismissed India’s Rohit Sharma and Wriddhimann Saha in the second innings.
