England batsman Alex Hales confirmed that he has signed a short-term deal with Mumbai Indians for the remainder of the Indian Premier League campaign.
The 26-year-old, who was not picked during the auction in February but the Notts opener will now available for the group match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 17 as well as the IPL knockout matches should Mumbai Indian progress.
Hales has played 10 one-day internationals and 33 T20 internationals for his country, but yet to make a debut at Test cricket.
