• Australia Test squad for series against Pakistan

    Australian all-rounder James Faulkner has been included in Test squad for the two match series against Pakistan – starting October 22 in UAE, Cricket Australia announced.

    The 24-year-old Tasmanian will replace Mitchell Marsh – who is still recovering from a hamstring injury.

    The two Test match series are scheduled from October 22-26 and October 30-November 3 respectively.

    1) Wed Oct 22 – Sun Oct 26 (06:00 GMT)
    1st Test at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai

    2) Thu Oct 30 – Mon Nov 3 (06:00 GMT)
    2nd Test at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi

    Faulkner has played only one Test for his country – taking six wickets against England during the Ashes 2013 at The Oval.
